1. Will I have to enter any information for your SEO services?
   Yes. Most services require you to enter information.  Visit the product information page and review the forms to see what information will be required once you purchase your service.
2. What is your refund policy?
   If we have not yet begun your service, we offer 100% refunds.  However, if we have started working on your project or purchased service, we cannot offer a full refunds because of the manual work already invested in the service.  If you are unsatisfied after our service, we only offer partial refunds up to our discretion based on the amount of work required.
3. How do you accept payments?
   We accept all credit cards and PayPal payments through PayPal checkout.  You do not need a PayPal account to purchase our services.
4. How do I know the statuses of my orders?

5. Are the services guaranteed?

1. Is there a thing as too much links?

8. Do you split the links in different days?
   We do 1 tier per day.  If we cannot finish within the day, it will be continued the next day.  After finishing, the next tier will be started on.
9. Can I change URLs after submitted?
   You can only have it changed once or within 2 days after you receive the report, whichever comes first.
10. Is getting crawled better than getting index?
    Getting crawled by spiders are essential to get links noticed, getting them indexed is a bonus.  We use a private indexing system to help out your links as a bonus but we assure 100% crawling.
11. What is included in the report?
    Your get your first tier, second tier and third tier links on different sheets, another sheet for successful RSS submissions and custom RSS feed, and a sheet that indicates the number of successful auto approved blog comments.
